Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to GoBir. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoBir mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), provided by GoPlatform, operated by Sharad Bisht ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

GoBir is a community platform that facilitates:

  • Food Delivery: Ordering food from local home chefs and businesses.
  • Events: Discovering and purchasing tickets for local events.
  • Community: Sharing updates and interacting with neighbors.
  • Community Feed: Posting updates, liking, and commenting on community happenings.

We confirm that GoBir acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party service providers (Chefs, Event Organizers, etc.). We are not the direct supplier of the food or events unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include sending spam, hacking, or posting content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

5. Payments and Pricing

Pricing for goods and services is determined by the respective vendors. The total price regarding your order or ticket purchase will be displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GoBir or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoBir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
